Q: How Is Our Housing Market Doing?

How has our market been holding up in the age of the coronavirus?

So far, Iowa has reopened 77 of the 99 counties in the state; we’re calling this a partial reopen because certain businesses like restaurants are allowed to operate, but only at 50% capacity in the effort to maintain social distancing measures. In the real estate market, though, it dropped down over the last month to six weeks, showing activity has gotten back up to 2019 levels. Even though the market has taken hits in certain ways, we’ve still been listing and showing houses, albeit with masks and gloves on. To learn more about our market, watch this short video.

Testimonials

Bought a Single Family home in 2019 in Pleasant Hill, IA. Jasmina was awesome to work with! She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the Des Moines market and what different areas have to offer. Her communication was always fast, we were confident we made the right choice with our home. We highly recommend Jasmina to anyone looking to buy or sell!
