This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Homebuilders Association’s (HBA) Home Show, and it’s an exciting opportunity to explore the latest in building trends and design innovation. For the first time, the event will be hosted at our site, showcasing seven stunning homes built by seven different builders. With a wide range of styles and price points, there’s something for every taste and budget.

The seven homes featured in this year’s Home Show will offer a variety of architectural styles and design concepts, providing everyone the opportunity to experience the latest trends in homebuilding. Whether you’re a prospective homebuyer or simply interested in seeing what’s possible in home design, this event will give you a closer look at what’s new in the industry.

A behind-the-scenes look. If you’ve visited the site, you’ll notice that the homes are currently in the framing stage. Builders have until the beginning of September to complete the homes and hand the keys over to the HBA. The homes will then be ready for public viewing starting on September 13, 2025, with additional open house events held the following Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Mark your calendars. The first public event will take place on Saturday, September 13th, and will run through the following weekend. This is an excellent opportunity to explore these beautifully constructed homes and gain valuable insights into current trends and innovations in the housing market.
