My name is Jerry Drymon and I am a Realtor working out of Norwalk, IA. I work in the greater Des Moines area, but specialize in Norwalk, Cumming, Carlisle, Pleasant Hill and Warren County. I have worked for two home builders which has given me a lot of experience in new construction. I have moved around the state of Iowa and also lived in Nebraska for 7 years which has lead me to selling/buying 9 of my own homes. Besides move in ready homes, I have purchased a foreclosure that I remodeled as well as building 2 custom homes. I truly understand the stress related to selling and buying a home.
