My journey began 23 years ago when I answered the call of this industry. For ten years my brokerage was private, known as Huls Realty. In 2010, I purchased a couple of EXIT Realty franchises and started building a bigger network. We were known as EXIT Huls Realty. As of January 2023, I merged with EXIT Realty Capital City to transition into what I love the most about the real estate business, production! Bringing buyers and sellers together!
I love the challenge of selling and negotiating the sale, but real estate is so much more. It is working with PEOPLE, sellers, and buyers.
