My journey began 23 years ago when I answered the call of this industry. For ten years my brokerage was private, known as Huls Realty. In 2010, I purchased a couple of EXIT Realty franchises and started building a bigger network. We were known as EXIT Huls Realty. As of January 2023, I merged with EXIT Realty Capital City to transition into what I love the most about the real estate business, production! Bringing buyers and sellers together!
I love the challenge of selling and negotiating the sale, but real estate is so much more. It is working with PEOPLE, sellers, and buyers. Whether people are moving up or down in their lives, I truly love being able to help them. This is a business of compassion. I have successfully motivated my team to want to learn and grow together.
